Please join us for egalitarian and inclusive Sephardic/MizrahiYom Kippur Services at our Union Square loft. We’re thrilled to have services led by our stellar returning cantorial team: Galeet Dardashti, who will be leading us in the Persian tradition, and Abe Safdie, who will be leading us in the Syrian tradition. At the conclusion of Yom Kippur, a break-fast of Middle Eastern delicacies will be served.

Evening Prayers - ‘Arvit begins at 7:15pm
Yom Kippur Day - Thursday, October 2
Morning Prayers - Shaḥarit and Musaf, beginning at 9:30am
Evening prayers - Minḥah and Ne’ilah, beginning at 5:15pm

Kanisse is committed to making our Yom Kippur services accessible to everyone, regardless of ability to contribute. The actual cost of our services is approximately $141 per attendee, which covers venue rental, programming support, catering, prayer book printing, and event staffing. For those unable to contribute the full cost, a subsidized registration is available for $101.
